Diana Burns, CPA, MST
Diana Burns knows taxes.
As a Tax Partner at Gray, Gray & Gray, Diana is responsible for the careful planning and timely execution of tax strategies for clients of all sizes and types. Her mastery of the intricacies of complex tax laws has served the clients of Gray, Gray & Gray well.
Diana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and CPAmerica International, a nationwide network of independent accounting firms.
Diana received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina, where she also attained her Masters degree in Accountancy. In addition, Diana earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley College.
An avid sailor and skier, Diana is active in the community and serves as Treasurer and Director of the Hull Lifesaving Museum.
